Adult Fitness Program - Fall 2011
![]() Hip Hop Fit Fun and energetic cardio dance program. You don't have to be a dancer (or have any dance training) to enjoy this fun and funky class! Tone your abs, shape your arms and lift your booty while learning exciting routines; you won't even know you're working out. Dress:workout clothes, indoor only tennis shoes or dance sneakers (available through the studio) Solo Salsa Fitness - Latin rhythms will keep your feet moving and your heart rate high. Lots of hips will target a tight tummy and lifted tush. Previous dance training NOT required. Such a fun workout, you'll feel as if you're dancing at a party with friends. Dress: workout clothes, indoor only tennis shoes or dance sneakers (available through the studio).
Strength and Stretch - Mondays, 6:15-7:15pm Adult Ballet Fitness - No previous ballet experience? No problem! NO TIGHTS OR LEOTARD REQUIRED! Ballet fitness will feature a Power Barre and Core Concentrated Center work. We'll take all the moves that create those long, lean dancer lines and give them to you along with the tools needed for maximum results. Dress: workout clothes, ballet shoes.
Rates
While regular attendance is recommended to maximize results, we understand that sometimes life can get in the way. Therefore, we've devised a punch-pass system so that you
may take any class at any time. Regular classes are structured to be drop-in only so that anyone can take any class at any time and not feel lost, left behind or under-challenged. Just-For-Adults Punch Passes (beginning Aug 29, 2011)
